Magical Midlife Dating by K.F. Breene(Author)

This Magical Midlife Dating summary is the sequel to book 1 in the series, and surely it doesn’t disappoint. The summary of the book is still about facing dating in the mid-period of her life. No sugar coating, no excessive bubbly paragraphs, or butterflies in heart type of romance. If you are a lady yourself, get ready to be sucked right in and empathize with the main character on a personal level. It’s epic and enthralling how Jesse attempts and fails at online dating.

Of course, there are no shortages of other powerhouses that are competing with her on this love war, but the fight is building slowly, give way to the lovely dating scenes. Jessie is accepted by the house to be a magical caretaker. At the same time, she decides to show up on the dating scene again, which leads to a new face made by Naimh.

One of the numerous things that fans of the series enjoy is the amazing amount of mischief that blend harmoniously with a sense of family. At the beginning of the Magical Midlife Dating summary, Jessie the magical woman stumbles through using her powers, which ended up hilariously in summoning tens of council members to join her team. The author skilfully introduced here many characters that don’t fit the team to a Tee but allow them to develop to make the cut in their journey. Main established characters also have to twist and turn, hence making things more exciting.

As expected from a Fantasy book, new species make their way into the plot, no fancy winged fairies but mostly just gargoyles. The conflicts in the first chapters that make the story somehow a bit hard to follow end up resolving into a cohesive story by the final chapter. However, there is still a new hook that keeps you cliff-hanging for the next book.
